Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using LintCV. These terms govern your access to and use of our AI-powered resume analysis platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LintCV (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
LintCV is an AI-powered resume analysis platform that allows users to upload their resumes and compare them against job descriptions. The Service provides match scoring, keyword analysis, strengths and weaknesses assessment, and improvement suggestions.
The Service operates on a subscription-based system. Users receive 1 free analysis upon account creation. Additional analyses require an active LintCV Pro subscription.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must register using your email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for verifying your email address.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. LintCV will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Account deletion requires password confirmation and, if enabled, multi-factor authentication verification. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Service or other users.
4. Subscription & Payments
4.1 Pricing
The LintCV Pro subscription is available at the price listed on our Pricing page. All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through iyzico, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor based in Turkey. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Troy, American Express). All transactions are protected with 3D Secure authentication.
4.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service you paid for, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and issue a refund at our discretion.
4.4 Subscription Benefits
An active LintCV Pro subscription grants unlimited resume analyses during the subscription period. Benefits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — analyzing resumes against job descriptions. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our authorization
- Upload resumes or data belonging to others without their explicit consent
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, code, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by LintCV and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our written permission.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the resumes and job descriptions you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering your analysis results.
6.3 Analysis Results
The analysis results generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You may use, save, and share your own analysis results as you see fit.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- The analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
- Using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment
- The AI analysis reflects the exact criteria used by specific employers or ATS systems
LintCV is a tool to help you improve your resume. Our AI-generated feedback and scores are advisory in nature and should not be considered as professional career counseling. We recommend using our insights alongside other resources and professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LintCV and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LintCV in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LintCV and its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@lintcv.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
